Awards |
|
|
- Awards are reported as received. They are recorded in the
month awarded.
- Awards include proposals awarded, B-Awards, and other awards for
which no proposal was submitted.

|
Proposals |
|
|
- Proposal data are classified as sensitive data. Record level
detail is not available. (This applies also to Outstanding,
Voided, and Not Funded Data.)
- Voided Proposals are those proposals which were withdrawn or an
administrative action was taken to remove the proposal.

|
|
Expenditures |
|
|
- Expenditures shown are Sponsor Cost, Purdue Cost (Cost Sharing), and
Total Project Cost.
- These data are not the research support costs reflected in the Data
Digest.
|
|
|
Discovery Park |
|
|
- Participating schools and departments in Discovery Park receive the
benefits of proposal, award, and expenditure activity within their
unit.
- Discovery Park activity can be captured also in its entirety by
center or by participating school.

|
|
Data Refresh |
|
|
The data used for these tools is updated on a monthly basis
corresponding with the refresh of DSS. (The refresh will usually
happen within the first week of each month.) |

Printing |
|

To print the tables and graphs in the best manner, change
the PAGE SETUP to be Landscape. |
